My name is Kara Gitter, and I am a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor. I strive to create a safe and empathetic space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. Together, we will build a therapeutic relationship built on mutual trust and respect.
I am a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and a Certified Associate with the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP). I have been awarded the IAHIP Certificate of Professional Training in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy.
