The first step is an intake appointment. Intake appointments are used for me to understand why you are seeking therapy and get some background information about you to ensure that I can best meet your needs and expectations. This appointment also allows you to ask any questions you may have and to see if I am the right counsellor for you. Schedule an intake appointment today so we can meet and see if we are a good fit for one another.
If we both would like to proceed with working together following the intake appointment, we will find a set time every week that suits us both. Appointments are 50 minutes long and will take place virtually.
